Our ROSS Incident Management Training Series now includes three levels of certification designed to meet the needs of different leadership roles within your organization.

Level 1 focuses on injury incident assessment and includes a concise 45-minute online webinar. This training is ideal for Emergency Response Team members, frontline supervisors, and leaders responsible for the initial assessment and response following an injury incident.

Level 2 is an additional 45-minute webinar designed for supervisors, team leads, and newer managers who want a deeper understanding of OSHA recordable dynamics and the key principles of effective safety injury incident management. This level builds upon the assessment process and explores the decision-making factors that often influence injury outcomes.

Level 3 is a focused 30-minute webinar that examines post-injury strategies and practical approaches to help prevent “grey area” injury incidents from becoming unnecessary OSHA Recordables. This training emphasizes communication, follow-up, precautionary modifications, and strategic incident management after the initial injury occurs.

Together, the three levels provide approximately two hours of targeted training content that managers can assign appropriately based on leadership roles and responsibilities within the organization.

All three certification levels include competency quizzes, allowing leadership teams to track participation and verify understanding of the material to ensure consistency and competence throughout the incident management process.

A ROSS professional will collect onboarding information from the employer. We then finalize pricing and sign the agreement form. Finally, we will import a list of employees into the system and enroll them as into the course as users. The users will receive a welcome email and be on their way to a safer and more compliant work environment!
